We are happy to accept returns of non-custom items (such as team or school spiritwear) within 30 days of receipt of your item. Please send an email to email@example.com
Please keep the following in mind:
1) If we made an error and sent the wrong item we will either a) send you a new item or b) issue a full refund. Let us know what you prefer.
2) If you have received a damaged item, please send a photo of the damage. We will either a) send you a new item or b) issue a full refund. Let us know what you prefer.
3) If you ordered the wrong item or ordered the wrong size, we will give you a return label to attach to your package. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive it, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding the original shipping amount.) If you want a replacement item, you will need to repurchase it.
4) Domestic Orders: If you gave us an incomplete or invalid address, causing the package to be returned to us by the post office, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding the original shipping amount.) This refund will occur once the package is returned back to us (typically within 7-10 days.) If you want a replacement item, you will need to repurchase it.
5) International Orders: If an international order is returned to us because of an invalid address, unpaid customs fees or any other reasons, such as "unclaimed" the customer will be refunded the purchase price only. We are not responsible for shipping issues that occur once the package leaves the United States. We will refund the purchase price once the item is received by us and you will need to repurchase if you are still interested in the item.
6) Non-receipt of packages must be reported within 30 days of purchase date.
